Esthetician License Requirements in Ohio
You must obtain an esthetician degree before you can sit for the state licensing exam. The first step is to enroll into a beauty school that offers the required amount of hours depending on the state that you are wanting to receive your license. In Ohio, you need 600 hours of training and need to successfully pass the written and practical exams. You cannot take the exam until you have completed the required amount of hours.

We highly recommend that you start your Financial Aid process by filling out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
